Staff Cloud Architect
📍 SF / Remote (US)· Full-time· $220K–$340K + equity
About the role
As a staff cloud architect at GenArk, you'll be a senior reviewer and decision-maker on artifacts our agents draft for enterprise customers. You'll spend your day reviewing outputs, deciding edge cases, and signing your name on the work that ships.
What you'll do
- Review and sign off on agent-drafted artifacts in your domain
- Pair with customers' senior engineers on key decisions
- Write the “house style” rules and patterns agents follow on your accounts
- Contribute reusable patterns back to the GenArk platform
- Mentor other senior engineers on agent supervision craft
What we're looking for
- 10+ years building production systems
- Track record of work running at scale
- Strong opinions about reviewability, audit trails, and reversibility
- You'd rather review 20 PRs well than write one
